The only time people need to and should recuse themselves is when they are invested in the situation. If you're going to implicate that someone should recuse themselves based on pre-judging from a limited set of facts of the matter then basically everyone has to recuse themselves as pretty much all of us have preexisting moral frameworks.

As seen in employment interviews: the best judgements do not come from ignorance, but from experience combined with a mind open to new facts.

An interesting letter as always. I was struck by what a positive experience it was to read about a bipartisan consensus. I am sure that happens a lot more than is reported, but re-assuring that it is still ‚a thing‘. Thoroughly enjoying ‚Goliath‘ at the moment.

If the telephones became regulated as their use spread, after Big Tech censoring many including the President, they need stripped of power or regulated. One can only hope she will be a voice for the people.
